Super clean room with a comfy bed. Window provided beautiful city views. Location made accessing restaurants and cafes easy. Carrying luggage to the first floor was inconvenient. Friendly reception staff made check-in simple. A pleasant stay despite the stairs.

The staff was extremely polite, always on hand when needed. Greatly enjoyed how the comfort queen room with twin beds was arranged when we arrived...

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not so helpful.

Great location in the middle of the shopping area, near the old town and on 2 Minutes walking distance from the Bellecour metro station. There are a lot of bars and restaurants in the area. The room was clean and not too small. All in all a good value for money.

We had a great stay at Hotel Elysee. The staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful, they were wonderful. The location was very central and the hotel was great value for money, it could easily be a 3 star hotel. We would stay here again if we returned to Lyon.

The morning coffee was very good. The shower was hot and forceful. The internet access worked well.

There was an old, musty smell in the room, especially in the bathroom. Also, we had to park several blocks away and schlep our luggage.
